Ski trip to Opera mountain

You will be brought to the other side of the Advent Valley with a dog sledge taxi to the Opera Mountain. Your ski trip leads you up the mountain, where you will have a fantastic view over the surrounding mountains and the Advent Valley. After a meal, you will have fun with a 800-1000 meter descent. A dog sledge will wait for you to bring you back to Longyearbyen. Please note that you need to advanced in skiing and know how to ride off piste.

Price:

NOK 2570.– (About EUR 300.–). Limit of age: 18 years

Included:

• Dog sledge taxi over Advent Valley to Opera mountain and back again
• Professional and experienced telemark/ski mountaineering instructor
• Ski with telemark or ski mountaineering binding
• Transfer
• Lunch

Not included:

Ski boots that fit telemark or ski mountaineering binding (this you need to bring) You also need avalanche rescue gear (beacon, shovel and probe) This you also can rent from the Sportscentre in Longyearbyen.

Group size:

8 participants and one instructor. Remember that you need to be advances from these kind of trips.
